The town of Český Krumlov is located in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic. Situated on both banks of the Vltava river, the town was built under its magnificent castle dating back from the 13th century.
The Historic Centre of the town is an excellent example of a small Central European medieval town whose architectural heritage has remained very much intact through centuries.
