Join me for a fascinating 2-hour walk through Prague’s New and Old Town districts to uncover inspiring stories of women who shaped Czech history.We’ll be walking approximately 3km, strolling past iconic landmarks—including Charles Square, the National Theatre and Old Town Square. As we go along, I’ll tell you about pioneers of the women’s movement.From Karolína Světlá, a novelist who founded two women’s associations, to Eliška Krásnohorská, who established the first Czech high school for girls, and Františka Plaminková, a fearless politician who fought for women’s suffrage and stood up to totalitarian regimes. Expect a blend of engaging storytelling, interactive moments and urban exploration.Whether you’re visiting Prague for the first time or have been here before, this is an alternative way to experience the city.
